The CBS 60 minutes report on Stuxnet below is just the tip of the iceberg. The attack against Estoniain 2007 was called Web War One. Cyber attacks have only grown in sophsitication since - and most citizens will never hear about or understand the black arts at play.

Definite innovation here - but not the kind we can easily celebrate.
