I'm confused Vinnie - is Gatorade getting into the software business?
Or is this a SalesForce product (and if so, why are Gatorade promoting it)?

More an example Benioff provided of how brands like Gatorade are actively monitoring the social air waves. Recent salesforce acquisitions like Radian6 allow for such monitoring.

pretty sure they use Radian6 which now salesforce owns, along with other customer sentiment analysis tools.
