Long in use in Japan, Quick Response codes – the postage stamp sized bar codes are increasingly showing up in US real estate listings
Users with a smart phone with a QR reader can scan the image of the QR Code to display text, contact information, and open a web page in the phone's browser.
“This is a perfect application for real estate,” (Lori) McCarney (of Coldwell Banker) said. “Because there is so much information that people would like to have but they can’t access it in front of a house — they can now.”
This is a great blog with a great news. This definitely will help buyers to know better the houses they like without much hassle. Surely this QR system will be in the toolboxes of real estate developers. Good job!

Great idea! Agents should be more up to date with the current technology. It would really help the business.
