Most of Florida, certainly where we live has been severely rain-starved. Lush lawns are turning to brown as sprinklers have been mandatorily turned off.
Kind off reflects the economy in many ways.
But with the help of good folks at Lowe’s my wife has been working on flower beds which only require hand watering (yes, my morning assignment when I am not on the road).
And these low investment/low attention grabbing projects have paid off in stunning ways.
In your rain-starved budgets make sure and save your innovation projects. They barely get 10% of most IT budgets taken up by keep-the-lights-on and compliance spend.
But, oh how they brighten everything up. And what a nice way to have them inch up to 20 to 30% of your IT budgets.
