I have written about technology in football, baseball, cricket - but have been remiss about hockey (yes, both ice and grass). Promise to get to it sometime soon, but in meantime want to highlight the NHL's newly redesigned site and its cornerstone GameCenter with real time stats, select video clips - and at a fee the Live section with streaming video of games. The NHL is also launching with Yahoo Sports a fantasy team offering.
