Microsoft should have never .. Have given up on OS/2. (Better security, multi-threading, shut down was a mess though)
Microsoft should have never .. stopped copying Apple's UI, or if I remember correctly, Microsoft sued Apple in about 1993 for UI infringement. So that would mean that Apple copied Microsoft. So I amend that Microsoft should have never have stopped imitating Xerox Lab's Star interface.
Microsoft should have never .. Allowed Office to be different core code base.
Microsoft should have never .. bailed Apple out when they were failing (They needed someone to complete against for anti-trust reasons)
